What teams ask before they start
01 How much does it cost?
$0.03 per install, with one price for every country and for both iOS and Android. There’s no subscription or minimum top-up, and you don’t pay for team seats. Building and cloning apps is free, so the number of apps doesn’t affect what you spend. A domain bought in the dashboard costs $4 for a year. You pay for it once from the same balance, and it doesn’t auto-renew. New accounts also get 1,000 free installs.
02 What does a new account get?
1,000 installs at sign-up and the full dashboard, with no trial mode and no locked sections. That’s enough to build an app, send traffic to it, and see your own funnel. The starting installs never expire, so whatever you don’t use stays on your balance.
03 Why doesn’t the site show reviews or case studies?
You can’t check other people’s numbers, so we don’t publish them. Instead, you can see how everything works on this page, open the demo app on your phone, and test the platform on your own traffic with 1,000 free installs.
04 How do I top up my balance?
With crypto: USDT on the TRC‑20, ERC‑20, or BEP‑20 network, and TON. There’s no minimum amount, and there are no other ways to top up.
05 How do I switch from another service?
We’ll move your remaining balance from another service. Message the account manager with the service name and the amount left, and they’ll review your case. Apps, domains, and pixels can’t be imported. You rebuild the apps here, with cloning and team templates to speed things up, and connect your own domains to the new apps. The 1,000 starting installs let you run both services side by side and compare the numbers.
06 What counts as an install?
An install counts when the app is installed and opened, and only then is $0.03 charged to your balance. PWA and APK installs are counted separately. Each one is a row in the logs, with time, country, device, and visitor ID.
07 What if the numbers don’t match my tracker?
Export the logs for the same period and compare them with your tracker by visitor ID. Any gap can be traced to specific rows. The Postbacks tab shows which events were sent and where. If an install was charged in error, send the export to support, and it goes back to your balance.
08 What gets sent to my tracker?
Four events, as S2S postbacks: install, lead, first deposit, and repeat deposit. Each has its own URL with macros and its own method, GET or POST. Any tracker that accepts postbacks will work.
09 How do installs work on iOS?
The path is longer. There’s no system install prompt, so visitors add the app to the Home Screen from the Share menu, and the page guides them step by step in their language. iOS installs are counted separately and cost the same $0.03.
10 How is a PWA different from an app store app?
It’s a website that installs to the Home Screen and opens like an app, with its own icon and push notifications. You don’t need to publish it in an app store, but that also means no visitors from store search. You bring the traffic yourself.
11 Which ad networks can receive conversions?
Meta, Google, TikTok, and Snapchat, through server-side pixels. Browser tags and Yandex Metrica work too. Set a default pixel in the app settings or pass a different one as a link parameter, with no rebuild.
12 What is traffic filtering?
A rule that decides whether a visitor sees the install page or an alternate page (the dashboard calls it a white page). The condition is the device: iOS, Android, or desktop. Turn the filter on right from the app list. While it’s off, everyone sees the install page.
13 What kinds of offers can I run?
The platform doesn’t restrict offer types. You set the icon, screenshots, and page text yourself. Ad networks’ landing page policies still apply, and you’re responsible for meeting them.
14 What if a domain stops loading?
Connect another one. An app can have several domains: your own, ours, or ones bought in the dashboard for $4 a year from the same balance. The app stays the same and doesn’t need a rebuild.
15 Who do I contact if something isn’t working?
Message our Telegram support bot, @PWA1sarafan_bot. For balance questions and moving from another service, message the account manager, @PWA1sarafan_manager. Documentation is in the dashboard. If it’s about numbers, attach a log export for that period.
